The website www.icerns.com is published by la Société ICERNS au capital de 90 000 € (the ICERNS Company with share capital of €90,000), whose registered office is located at 18, rue Jean Edgard Glady, 33140 Villenave d'Ornon.
ICERNS® stands for “Institut de Conseil, d'Enseignement, de Recherche en Numérologie Stratégique®”.
The Company has developed tools based on the symbolic dimension of numbers that enable self-knowledge and decision support, and offers training, referral to consultants and the sale of products.
Definitions
Cookies: computer files, stored in the User's browser memory, containing a unique identifier per browser.
Personal data: as defined in article 4 of the GDPR.
Company: la SASU ICERNS (the ICERNS SASU).
User: any internet user browsing the Sites. The terms Internet, Practitioner, Service (Prestation), Product(s), Service(s) and Site(s) are given standard definitions.
Article 1 – Purpose of the Terms of Use
The Site allows users to view numerology information, book appointments, access calculations, follow training, purchase products and subscribe to the associated software.
The site is hosted by the company OVH with share capital of €10,174,560, registered under SIREN number 424 761 419.
Right of use: the content is available for private or professional, non-exclusive use, including storage, display and reproduction under the specified conditions.
Article 2 – Commitments and responsibilities
Responsibility of the SASU ICERNS: the SASU ICERNS uses all means to offer and maintain access to the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Company disclaims any liability for network interruptions, hardware or software failures, malware, data loss and force-majeure events.
All Consultation operations are carried out by independent numerologists referenced by the SASU ICERNS, the Company providing an intermediation function only.
Responsibility of the User: the User is solely responsible for the use they make of the Service and its suitability for their needs. The User may not create hyperlinks without written authorization. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, of the texts published on the site is subject to prior authorization.
Article 3 – Intellectual property
Copyright: reproduction of content requires prior written authorization with the mandatory credit “ICERNS©”. Photographs, still or animated images and videos may not be reproduced without prior authorization. The content is protected by the Intellectual Property Code.
Trademark rights: the ICERNS mark — French verbal mark filed on 24/02/2021, classes 9, 16, 35, 38, 41, number 21 4 736 653; international mark registered on 2 June 2021, number 1 625 873. The Numérologie Stratégique mark — French semi-figurative mark of 23 July 2020, number 20 4 668 783; international mark of 25 November 2020, number 1 594 843.
Domain names: the Company holds the rights to www.icerns.com, www.icerns.fr and www.icerns.org.
Database rights: any extraction of all or part, without the express authorization of the Company, is prohibited.
Article 4 – Confidentiality – Personal data
The Company undertakes to comply with the applicable regulations governing the processing of personal data, including the GDPR and French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
