ICERNS® Vision
Our society today suffers from unbalanced and inequitable relationships, from disparities, from dualities of opinion (for or against), from a lack of listening and tolerance, from fractures… between individuals, between institutions, between countries. Yet we have entered the third millennium, and the energy of "2" calls us toward respect, toward more balance, sharing, mutual support and fairness. Through the symbolism of numbers, numerology sheds light and opens the way to solutions.
The vision that drives us is to give great visibility to Strategic Numerology® so that everyone can find their rightful place according to their fundamental needs and their potential.
To this end, ICERNS® has decided to work with individuals, businesses, associations, institutions (employment agencies, local authorities…) and education (state schools, private schools and elite schools…) who feel concerned by this challenge, by offering a platform dedicated to Strategic Numerology®.
An observation
Nearly half of French people (47% exactly) feel they are missing out on their life (IPSOS survey of 17/09/2015). The covid pandemic has very likely increased this percentage significantly.
The need to know oneself better in order to take the right path therefore appears essential.
1st mission — Offering you training in Strategic Numerology®
In order to pass on and develop her "solution"-oriented, structured and rigorous expertise, it was obvious to the founder of ICERNS® to create the School of Strategic Numerology®, EDNS. The training is available on the site formation-edns.com both in person and via e-Learning. With this in mind, the School offers professional qualification in Strategic Numerology® through several formats (annual programme or à la carte programme) with the possibility of obtaining a certification, and even becoming "ICERNS® Certified". This title is a quality label, guaranteeing a serious and demanding approach.

2nd mission — A platform connecting you with Strategic Numerology® practitioners
To meet this growing demand for self-knowledge and decision-making support, the ICERNS® platform makes it possible to offer practitioners who are experts in Strategic Numerology®, both in French-speaking countries and internationally. These people were trained by Lydie Castells, followed a professional qualification path and numerous supervisions, and are part of a network of practitioners in order to develop their expertise continuously.

3rd mission — Developing Research and Publications
Numerology is far from having revealed all of its potential. The field of its applications seems immense and requires research work, analyses and in-depth studies. For this reason, the association Les Nouveaux sapiens was created. ICERNS® aims to highlight the work carried out within the association in order to further help human beings understand themselves and better adapt to the times in which they live.
Through the relevance and accuracy offered by Strategic Numerology®, the mission of ICERNS® is to promote these various services (Training, advisory platform, Research) in order to give everyone the possibility of accessing better self-knowledge, opening up to a greater awareness of their life so as to become fully an actor in it.
The Steering Committee
To bring this intention to life, a Steering Committee, made up of figures from varied backgrounds, was created. This Committee is there to carry this vision and foster synergies.
It meets to reflect on societal themes, to facilitate research partnerships and to drive innovative topics. It also has the mission of making the value of Strategic Numerology® known to all the actors of society.
