Article 1: Scope of intervention
The practitioner supports people in their personal development, without substituting for healthcare professionals. They always refer medical questions to a doctor.
For minors, they may support the parents or legal representatives. If they directly support a child, four conditions are mandatory: a motivated request from the child, a minimum age of 16, the presence of a parent/legal representative, and prior personal work by the child.
Article 2: Conditions of professional practice
The practitioner works in a self-employed, association-based or private capacity, while complying with legal obligations. They conduct exclusively appointments in direct interaction (telephone or video) that foster questioning and awareness, with no written report.
They accept only assignments compatible with their skills and refer to other professionals where necessary. They clearly inform clients of the objectives, terms and limits of their intervention.
The practitioner has suitable premises with material and technical means preserving the confidentiality of exchanges. They use exclusively the method and the terminology of Strategic Numerology®.
They may use other tools (psychology, coaching, etc.) as an independent professional, provided that these practices are clearly separated from Strategic Numerology® and do not contradict the commitments of the Charter.
Article 3: Respect for the rights of the person
The practitioner undertakes to fully respect fundamental rights, in particular privacy, dignity and freedom.
Article 4: Confidentiality
Confidentiality covers everything that comes to the practitioner's knowledge in the exercise of their profession. They must never disclose the name of the people consulting them, even to other numerologists. They comply with French and European data protection laws.
Article 5: Probity and integrity
The practitioner works with benevolence, prudence, moderation and discernment. They refrain from exploiting the naivety, fragility or credulity of clients and from prolonging the relationship for their own benefit by multiplying consultations.
They have the absolute obligation not to exploit the relationship for personal, religious, sectarian, political or financial purposes. Such a practice results in the cancellation of the certificate, a ban on using the brand and immediate removal from the list. Practitioners must report to ICERNS® any misconduct observed in a peer.
Article 6: Competence
The practitioner derives their competence from training in Strategic Numerology®, from the regular updating of their knowledge, from their ability to discern their personal involvement and from their particular qualifications. They set their own limits according to their training and experience.
Article 7: Personal involvement and stance
Preparation before the support session (meditation, yoga, relaxation) fosters equanimity. The stance must be measured and non-intrusive, respecting the person's free will. Strategic Numerology® is a tool for personal development and decision-making support.
The practitioner must warn of the relative nature of their interpretations, avoiding reductive or definitive conclusions. They refrain from any prediction and any diagnosis concerning health or death.
Their role is to describe the symbolism of numbers and to lead the client to question themselves. The practitioner must be an "explorer" guiding the understanding of the client's true nature, with no obligation of result.
Article 8: Free will
Strategic Numerology® is not a divinatory art but a tool to aid understanding and decision-making. The client retains their free will. The practitioner recalls these points at the start of each support session.
They take care to detect signs of dependence on numerology, in particular through multiple consultations characterising compulsive behaviour, and warn their client about reasonable frequencies.
Article 9: Methodology
The practitioner references Strategic Numerology® as the method used, making the appropriate terminologies explicit. A serious interpretation involves studying the whole body of knowledge (Personality and Temporality) for an overall view.
It is recommended to present Personality first, before Temporality. The practitioner collects, processes and archives data lawfully. When used for teaching, research or publication, it is imperatively anonymised.
Article 10: Duties towards peers
The practitioner refrains from any disparaging remarks towards other practitioners, certified or not. Adopting a spirit of mutual respect and enrichment allows Strategic Numerology® to become a benchmark in personal development.
If misconduct is observed in a peer, the practitioner must inform the person concerned and/or Lydie Castells or the representatives of the School, without personal denigration. They are invited to share experiences, questions and advice with their peers.
Article 11: Dissemination of Strategic Numerology®
The certified practitioner undertakes to highlight the use of Strategic Numerology® methods. In all media (website, social networks, publications), they strive to give visibility to Strategic Numerology® through citations and references.
The trained practitioner is formally forbidden to share the course materials with third parties or the individualised elements (diagrams, illustrations).
The concepts, methods and methodology constitute protected know-how, developed by Lydie Castells and registered with the INPI. Any unauthorised use incurs liability on the basis of unfair competition. Oral citations must reference Strategic Numerology®. Publications follow the rules of copyright with short, duly attributed quotations.
Strategic Numerology® and ICERNS® are registered and protected trademarks. A practitioner who does not comply with the Charter may not use this trademark commercially. The practitioner must note the ® symbol and indicate their certification.
As long as the student does not hold the certificate in Strategic Numerology®, they are forbidden to give the impression that they are certified. As long as the practitioner is not ICERNS® certified, they are forbidden to use the ICERNS® brand and logo.
Article 12: Teaching and Research
The principles of the Charter apply to teaching and research activities in Strategic Numerology®. The practitioner may only teach within the framework of the School of Strategic Numerology® with a subcontracting agreement signed with EDNS.
Final commitment
The practitioner acknowledges having read and understood the Charter, solemnly swearing to respect its terms in full intellectual honesty, with conscience and dignity.
