Lydie Castells — Founder of ICERNS®

Lydie Castells, a former company director, is a renowned numerologist in France and in French-speaking countries. In 2010 she created the concept of Strategic Numerology®, a tool for discovering your potential and talents while supporting decision-making. She leads many conferences and training courses on the subject, and has written several best-selling books published by Eyrolles.

In 2023, she created the Institute of Consulting, Teaching and Research dedicated to Strategic Numerology (ICERNS®), an organisation offering individual and corporate support, in-person and remote training, and research in numerology. Also in 2023, she enabled the School of Strategic Numerology® — EDNS — to become the first numerology training organisation accredited by the DREETS. The EDNS obtained QUALIOPI certification in May 2024.

In 2023, Lydie Castells created the association “Les Nouveaux Sapiens”, a public-interest organisation supporting educational guidance and developing research to understand the different personality types through numerology.

A former company director, Lydie is today a renowned numerologist. After many years of study, research and practice in numerology, from 2010 onwards she structured and optimised this tool and innovated by creating new concepts. By creating a personal tree unique to each person, a solution-oriented posture, and by dissociating the practice from the divinatory arts, she gave birth to Strategic Numerology®.

Her clear, structured approach now appeals to a wide audience, as well as to large companies and institutions that use strategic numerology as a tool for decision-making, analysis and self-knowledge.

After a dual education in Law and Health and then in Communication/Marketing, Marion was for more than 10 years director of healthcare facilities. Also general secretary of a professional order for several years, she then became certified in coaching and in supporting the organisational and managerial challenges of companies. Thus, now a consultant, coach and trainer who discovered Strategic Numerology® first with curiosity and then with conviction, she is delighted to be able to bring her experience and her commitment to the Steering Committee of ICERNS®, an organisation contributing to the development of everyone's potential and to the improvement of relationships with others.

Yves du Plessis built his career within Renault V.I, the heavy-truck subsidiary of the Renault Group, in the Finance Department and then in the Industrial Cooperation Department. Once retired, he committed himself as a volunteer accompanying the seriously ill and the dying in a Palliative Care Unit and currently within a medical department of a hospital in Lyon. For this volunteer work he was trained by the Lyon-based association Albatros, of which he is currently Vice-President after having been President for several years. He is happy to put his enthusiasm and his experience at the service of ICERNS by joining the Steering Committee.

After a military career in aeronautics, Jérôme supports companies entering Defence markets or in their own transformations, in connection with the risks inherent to their activities. A general officer, trained as a fighter pilot, he led air units up to the inter-ministerial level. His favourite themes are air safety and the acquisition of new operational capabilities. Having discovered Strategic Numerology® through his wife, he puts his experience of institutions, administrations and organisations at the service of ICERNS®. He wishes to help broaden the field of applications of this highly relevant discipline and to contribute to its recognised use by society, for the benefit of individuals and the collective.

An Arts & Métiers engineer, Alexandre is an innovator who devoted himself to improving our daily lives through R&D internationally. A product designer, project manager and research consultant in innovation and strategy, he discovered Strategic Numerology® in 2019. He then underwent a profound change that led him to commit himself to supporting the transformation of the Human being. He is now a certified coach supporting not only executives and entrepreneurs but also couples in their pursuit of self-realisation. He is a member of the steering committee of ICERNS® in order to contribute to the opening of consciousness to this wonderful tool for knowledge of oneself and of others.
